Shipping costs are the buyers responsibility. When an order comes in I will let you know how much it will be to ship. If you are local, pickup is available. During business hours or if they don't work, message me and set up a time to come out and pick up. 

Depends on if it's a special order or something already in stock. In stock items will be sent within 1-3 business days.
